If there is a response, please confirm whether it is red, green or blue? If it is red, please plug and unplug the power again. If it is blue or green, please reconfigure the network. Because the machine we tested has not found this problem at present, we need to confirm that when you mentioned that the connection will not be maintained, is it referring to the device mode or the unsuccessful Activity switch? 1. If the device mode switch cannot be used, it is a Bluetooth connection problem. 2. If the Activity mode switch cannot be used, it is possible that the Bluetooth connection may also be the source information error, and the source error may be the setting information error.

The wifi configuration automatic upgrade needs to meet the following conditions: (1) Close the app; (2) Unplug the HUB and plug it again in immediately; (3) The HUB will automatically upgrade the WiFi configuration； (4) Wait for 5 minutes and then open the APP. (Close the app in order to let the hub update the configuration of the wifi module and avoid the update being disturbed by the app) If it still doesn't work, it may be a router compatibility issue, please provide the router brand and model information.

The abnormal situation of assigning buttons may be caused by a bug in the Android version of the app. Usually, it will appear after learning multiple buttons, we will update the app as soon as possible to fix this problem. Sometimes the assignment to the remote control does not take effect is caused by unsynchronized, you can try to synchronize manually.
