Thank you for contacting us. x series does support 2.4GHZ WiFi only. if your router supports 2.4G and 5G. connect the WiFi to 2.4GHZ when setting up the hub, and you can leave it unconnected to 2.4G WiFi when you don't set it up using the app. When connecting hub you need to connect your phone and hub to the same 2.4G WiFi.

  • Formovie Projector: Powers off, but not on 1 year ago

Dear, thanks for contacting us, we don't have Formovie's code in our codebase, the one you added should be a codebase shared by other customers, which may be incomplete. Suggest you to try IR to learn the keys of your original remote control.

  • Denon AVR-X2700H 1 year ago

The code base for the device contains several power commands (power, power on, power off, and power toggle). Indicate which power button turns the device off in device mode. Simply click the icon in the lower right corner, each command in the list, and then test the functionality using each command individually. If you test whichever command is appropriate, you can set that command as the default command for shutting down the device. In active mode, the Denon settings determine the commands that automatically activate Denon control; see Devices--Denon----Edit----Power settings, where the default power commands are generally set to Separate power on & power off (depending on the results of your first test, reselect the correct commands). After saving, it should work fine.
