    If it is a bluetooth device, please try add device via bluetooth and select "other" to add. After add it, you need to use the original remote control to control the device, enter the Bluetooth search interface, search sofabaton x1, and pair it. Once Bluetooth pairing completed, you can control it.

    Thank you for your message, please download the latest APP version 3.1.9, and update the firmware of the APP, HUB, and remote control. The firmware of all three must be updated, and one is indispensable. PC is not currently supported.

Make sure that the router you are using has been connected to the external network normally, synchronize and power off the router and restart the router. If the router has the HomeShield Pro function, please turn off the HomeShield Pro function or authorize X1 to access it. Because this function may prevent X1 HUB access. I would like to ask if the WIFI network at home is a mesh network composed of two WIFI devices. If so, please activate the HUB on one of the DNS extended networks; we have also purchased an Amazon Eero 6 Pro router, and we will test and solve the problem. How to connect? 1. Please ensure that the router used is normally connected to the external network, synchronize and restart the router with the power off. 2, please refer the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fvCGN_Bmmf4; 3. Please make sure directly connects the HUB to the router, and try not to connect the router through the Mesh Repeter. If so, it needs to be set to WiFI2.4g, because the HUB only supports WIFI 2.4g. 4. Ensure that the mobile phone and HUB are connected to the same router, that means the mobile phone must be connected to the same router to discover the HUB device in the LAN. 5. Ensure that the distance between the HUB and the router is not too far. 6. If the connection fails, please plug and unplug the power supply of the HUB and restart the APP to search the X1 HUB device. 7. If the device is still not found through the above steps, please share a hotspot with another mobile phone, regard the hotspot as a router, connect the HUB and mobile phone to this hotspot, and then see whether the device can be found. If you can search the device through the hotspot, you can add the device you want to control first. Please tell us the brand and model of the router for synchronization. We will test and optimize
