1. Appreciate it if replacing the batteries with a new pair and have one more test.
2. If fails, kindly reset our U2 system in our app with the below routine:
click on the 3 dots on the top left corner of the ”device“ page of our app, then select "Setting", and go for "Restore factory settings";
re-add one device only at the app and make a test then.
3. If fails, kindly take a photo on the QR code of our remote for our rference,
