Thanks for your feedback, this could indeed be caused by a firmware update. Are you using IR to control the apple TV? If you added Apple TV before 4/30, you can re-add the Apple TV device and download the new code library. Please try OK and then delete the old one
In order to match the new firmware and increase the long-press function, we have updated the code base of Apple TV in the database.
If you still have problems after the update, please let us know
We will find the problem and optimize it as soon as possible. According to your feedback, you can also use the following methods to temporarily solve the problem
Please create Apple TV as Activity, after assigning all keys, go to Edit---Assign keys for X1-Remote, reassign the navigate buttons, select marco, and add a tnavigate button command for macro.
For example: assign the Left key position, select the key type as macro, add a new macro named Macro-left, and only add a left command to it
Unlike ordinary keys, which need to control the length of the sent signal according to the duration of the finger pressing, the commands sent by the macro are the same as those triggered from the app, so this method can eliminate new problems introduced by the remote control firmware.
