1.Please make sure the HUB is connected to the router, and try to put the HUB close to the router, because when downloading the code base, it is sent from the cell phone to the HUB through the router, and if the network fluctuates, it will cause the card owner.
2. After the card owner, please ask the customer to plug and unplug the power of the HUB again, then re-open the APP, re-add and delete the unsuccessful Device.
