For the lost hub issue which is only a failure due to data loss in the process of updating data. It is not really lost. It can be operated on the remote control. Press the return key of the upper right arrow to exit the prompt, and the remote control can still be controlled normally.

For problem 2, It is recommended to create a macro button under Activity, such as channel 247, then create a macro to execute the commands of the three keys of 2, 4, and 7. You can add it via key favorites or the new macro in Assign key for X1-Remote. Selecting key favorites which is only displayed on the screen. or select the assign key for X1-Remote and it will be assigned as a physical key (which can be controlled by one key on the remote )
