If you use the X1 remote control, it is recommended that you temporarily assign different volumes to the physical buttons on the remote control. Current wifi communication is indeed blocked by firewalls by mistake, our new firmware will update the standard protocol for wifi connections and should fix this issue. The firmware is scheduled to be updated on 6/24, but it requires you to update the app and firmware and then exit the app to allow the hub's wifi to update its configuration automatically (which may take a few minutes). Once the update is complete the hub will be able to use the new connection and avoid communication being blocked

Pls confirm whether the FIRE TV can be controlled in device mode. If yes, which means that it has been added correctly (requires fire TV and Hub have been paired via bluetooth) 2. In the Activity, the home key and direction key need to be assigned to fire TV, then the keys can be effectively controlled. If the assignment is wrong during creation, you need to assign the key function through Edit---Assign keys for X1-Remote. 3. In addition, the fire TV is controlled by bluetooth. It may take a while for the bluetooth connection to be connected when switching. You can check whether the sofabaton is connected in the settings of the fire TV.
