Pls confirm whether the FIRE TV can be controlled in device mode. If yes, which means that it has been added correctly (requires fire TV and Hub have been paired via bluetooth) 2. In the Activity, the home key and direction key need to be assigned to fire TV, then the keys can be effectively controlled. If the assignment is wrong during creation, you need to assign the key function through Edit---Assign keys for X1-Remote. 3. In addition, the fire TV is controlled by bluetooth. It may take a while for the bluetooth connection to be connected when switching. You can check whether the sofabaton is connected in the settings of the fire TV.

Only Activity can be controlled by Alexa, if only device is available, the data obtained may be empty. Sorry, does not support add device to existing activity currently, if you would like to add a device, you need to creat a new activity, and will pass you feedback to our engineers team to check if it is possible to add the function in the future or not, tks for your understanding
