From some customer feedback that re-sync the remote and power off the hub could solve the problem, pls kindly try it at first. If still no help, Please download the latest app from google play /app store, then choose the device in app, edit in device mode, Edit---Add / repair keys----(Vol +) repair---command repeats, change the number to 1 or 2, and try again if the function is OK. You can apply modifications to all commands Any difference?

Per the issue, pls re-sync the remote and power off the hub and plug in it again., any difference? If still no help, pls choose your device, , click edit----- repair key ----select the lower button----- -command repeats, pls try the repeats separately and check which one could work with your device.
