  • Help! Dog ate my X1 Remote! How do I unPair the old one? 1 year ago

Per the issue, pls kindly pair the new remote control again via Me---X1 Settings---Pair a new X1-Remote with the hub. About the error code 1001 which means request has been time out , suggest kindly try to update the firmware again. FYI, if still could not update, pls plug the hub back in and repeat operations around 1-3 times, any difference? Tip: Pls place the old remote away from the hub when doing above steps, tks

  • Help! Dog ate my X1 Remote! How do I unPair the old one? 1 year ago

Hello, our engineers team have discussed the problem you menationed and did some tests , pls kindly check below information, tks. Sorry, as usual X1-HUB only supports pairing one remote at the same time, pairing multiple remotes may cause some problems when synchronising settings or upgrading the firmware of the remote. The problem of not being able to upgrade at the moment which is a bug, we will add a new function (pairing a new remote control and unbind the old one automatically) in a subsequent version upgrade. Temporarily , you can try the following ways to upgrade 1.Open the app and pair a new remote control with the hub via Me---X1 Settings---Pair a new X1-Remote with the hub. 2. Take the old remote away from the hub, preferably more than 20m away from a wall or into a metal box (to block the signal) 3. Open the app, Me --- X1 Settings --- firmware update for X1-Remote, you can upgrade after detecting the update. If the progress page of the app is at 0% during the update process, exit the app, plug the hub back in and repeat operations around 1-3 times. Tks for your patience and understanding.

  • X1 battery need recharge every week. 1 year ago

Battery standby is related to frequency of use Setting up a new device will have a lot information synchronization, and consumes a lot of power. At the same time, the upgrade process will make the screen bright time handed over, which will also affect the standby time. After the setup is complete, the battery should be able to support it for 1-2 months with normal use.
