Thank you for contacting us regarding Alexa's inability to synchronize
Check two points first to ensure there are no issues
1. Alexa can only synchronize Activities, not Devices Please ensure that the activity has been created
2. The account used for Alexa's account linking needs to be the same as the Sofabatonapp account. The account used when setting up a new hub.
If there are still problems, they can be investigated and handled through the following methods
3. First open the sofabaton app, Me - API interface, turn on the switch, and check if there is an API link corresponding to the activity.
1) If there is a link and it is online, it indicates that there is no problem with the device networking. It is an Alexa synchronization exception. Open the Alexa app, disable skill first, then click Enable again, and repeat the account linking to see if it is OK after the update
2) If the information in the API is blank and there is no link, it indicates that the Hub is not connected to the internet or the login to the cloud account is abnormal. Please use your current account to complete the setup new hub process again and have the hub reconnect to WiFi to ensure verification is successful. This process will not affect the devices and activities that have already been added, but will only allow the hub to log back in to the cloud, facilitating the synchronization of activities information to the cloud After the API check synchronization is successful, go to Alexa to discover scenes
