Hello, pls kidnly try to add the device via bluetooth mode, pls kindly chcefk below steps:
1.Search or select your device in the list(if you can not find your device, you can try to select “other”)
2.Confirm the device information and submit it so that you can download the code to the hub
3. Use the original remote control to pair the device with sofabaton x1 via bluetooth
1. Alexa can only sync Activity, not device, please make sure your hub has created Activity.
2. The wifi connected to the Hub needs to support internet connection as well.

Sorry, Sonos does not have the volume + - function currently. You can only control the volume percentage through buttons, such as 50%. If you use the X1 remote control, it is recommended that you temporarily assign different volumes to the physical buttons on the remote control.
And we will improve the use of sonos in subsequent versions, tks for your understanding.
Current wifi communication is indeed blocked by firewalls by mistake, our new firmware will update the standard protocol for wifi connections and should fix this issue. The firmware is scheduled to be updated on 6/24, but it requires you to update the app and firmware and then exit the app to allow the hub's wifi to update its configuration automatically (which may take a few minutes).
Once the update is complete the hub will be able to use the new connection and avoid communication being blocked
