    Sorry for the inconvenience, per the first problem, could you pls kindly send a video to sofabaton@outlook.com for checking , tks for your patience. For the lost hub issue which is only a failure due to data loss in the process of updating data. It is not really lost. It can be operated on the remote control. Press the return key of the upper right arrow to exit the prompt, and the remote control can still be controlled normally.

    Per the problem 1, will let our tech department check the database of the samsung TV for you. For problem 2, It is recommended to create a macro button under Activity, such as channel 247, then create a macro to execute the commands of the three keys of 2, 4, and 7. You can add it via key favorites or the new macro in Assign key for X1-Remote. Selecting key favorites which is only displayed on the screen. or select the assign key for X1-Remote and it will be assigned as a physical key (which can be controlled by one key on the remote )

    Australia is far away from the US, it could be the server connection does not stable that causes the update failure,, Per the issue, if the update is unsuccessful, suggest change the time to update the firmware, such as if you updated the firmware at night before, pls kindly try to update the firmware during the daytime now, it should be updated successfully.
