1. The lost hub issue will be fixed soon, pls kindly help us wiat patiently for it.
2. About the short distance between hub and X1 remote, are you just prone to lost hub or is it abnormal when controlling the device?
3. Is the power cycle to connect to the app? Or is it impossible to control?
4. The IR extension is usually used to stick near the device receiver, if you want to control from a distance please use the IR transmitter of hub
5. Battery life is related to frequency and habits,or did you set the LCD sleep time before? If yes, pls kindly set it to 10s to check the duration time could be longer or not.
6. There are still some major functions need to be added temporarily, api protocol is not yet available
7. Google Assistant is in the process of certification, there is an exception in the process, currently we are working on it
8. Screen auto on/off may be the app has data update
