Per the issue, please share a hotspot with another mobile phone, use this hotspot as a router, connect both the HUB and the mobile phone to this hotspot. any difference?
The Bluetooth connection issue maybe caused by the Nvidia shield hibernating or multiple Bluetooth remotes, we suggest do not set it to hibernate status temporarily.
We will deal with this issue as soon as possible.
FYI, if the shield is paired with another third party Bluetooth remote and which is in connected status. It may also prevent the X1 from automatically reconnecting via Bluetooth

1. Alexa can only sync Activity, not device, please make sure your hub has created Activity.
2. The wifi connected to the Hub needs to support internet connection as well.
