Pls kidnly check if your application is the latest version 3.2.4 , the old version of the app has the problem of delay in the display of modified data (actually modified but it takes 1-2s to change), but it has been fixed

hello, we have issued a new firmware to fix the long press function, suggest kindly click "Me", then click "X1 Settings", and select "Firmware update for X1 Remote". and chek if the problem still exist or not.
If still no help, pls re-sync the remote , then unplg and plug the hub after firmware update, any difference?
Per the issue, please share a hotspot with another mobile phone, use this hotspot as a router, connect both the HUB and the mobile phone to this hotspot. any difference?
The Bluetooth connection issue maybe caused by the Nvidia shield hibernating or multiple Bluetooth remotes, we suggest do not set it to hibernate status temporarily.
We will deal with this issue as soon as possible.
FYI, if the shield is paired with another third party Bluetooth remote and which is in connected status. It may also prevent the X1 from automatically reconnecting via Bluetooth
