You can press the off key to close all the Activities first, and if there is a device open, close it manually in device mode. hello, we have issued a new firmware to fix the long press function, suggest kindly click "Me", then click "X1 Settings", and select "Firmware update for X1 Remote". and chek if the problem still exist or not. If still no help, pls re-sync the remote , then unplg and plug the hub after firmware update, any difference?

Per the issue, please share a hotspot with another mobile phone, use this hotspot as a router, connect both the HUB and the mobile phone to this hotspot. any difference?
