    hello, we have issued a new firmware to fix the long press function, suggest kindly click "Me", then click "X1 Settings", and select "Firmware update for X1 Remote". and chek if the problem still exist or not. If still no help, pls re-sync the remote , then unplg and plug the hub after firmware update, any difference?

    The Bluetooth connection issue maybe caused by the Nvidia shield hibernating or multiple Bluetooth remotes, we suggest do not set it to hibernate status temporarily. We will deal with this issue as soon as possible. FYI, if the shield is paired with another third party Bluetooth remote and which is in connected status. It may also prevent the X1 from automatically reconnecting via Bluetooth

    1. Alexa can only sync Activity, not device, please make sure your hub has created Activity. 2. The wifi connected to the Hub needs to support internet connection as well. You can see the instruction(page35-40): http://www.sofabaton.com/X1%20user%20manual.pdf
