    Sorry, for wifi dveice, x1 only support roku, sonos . Philips hue currently. Per the issue, suggest try to add the dveice via searching Brand: Sony, Model: XR-77A80J-1

    I'm so sorry to hear that, per the remote can not turn on, pls kindly try to use the original hub's charger to charge the remote around 30 minutes? Any difference? From some customers feedback, it is helpful to solve the problem. If still no help, pls kindly provide your amazon order number and problem video to our after-sales team(sofabaton@outlook.com) FYI, pls try to charge the remote and show it in the video. Once they confirmed above information, will help you solve the problem properly, tks.

    For the problem, pls exit(kill) the app at first, and then open the app, when you are updating the firmware of the remote, pls wake up the remote and brighten its screen Then check if it could update successfully or not. FYI, When upgrading, please put the hub and the remote together to avoid too far to upgrade. too slow to fail

There are two similar database in our code library, pls try to add them separately via searching Brand:Samsung Model: QN65QN90A, Brand: Samsung Model: QN85QN90AAFXZA And see which one can work with your device, then you can click edit---assign key for X1 remote, assign the power on/ off button to the physical key of x1 remote.

    Per the issue, we suggest pls delete the shield in our app at first, then Unbind X1 & shield, pls go to the setting of your device and unbind the sofabaton X1 hub in bluettoth option as well. Then Close your Shield(Unplug Shield and restart), exit the sofabaton APP You can wait a few minutes to open the app and add the Shield again, at this time you need go to your device setting, find the bluetooth option, and manually pair the sofabaton x1 hub again, pls check the problem still exists after you try above steps This is a reference video of how to unbind the firetv and U1, you can see it for reference, steps are similar, tks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0cjH5Qz6QY
