hello, per lost hub, Pls kindly press the return key in the upper right corner of the remote to exit the prompt. Then open the app, Me---X1 settings ----pair with a new X1-Remote . Press and hold the top two keys of the remote control until pairing appears on the screen Tips: suggest press the right button( return) first, then press the left button( off), and hold them for 5-6s, then the remote will enter pairing status.
