FYI, pls do not delete the old one at first, and try re-add the device and check if it could work or not, if yes, then you can delete the old one.
You can download an mdns search app, Android user can download "Service Browser", Apple user can download "Discovery-DNS-SD Browser";
If the phone and HUB are on the same LAN, open the app to search for a service "_x1hub._udp.", this is our HUB, tap it to see the IP address of the HUB (note that the MAC shown on the page is not the MAC of WIFI), you can confirm which is the HUB and check the MAC through the router management page;
Per the issue, pls exit ( kill) the app , then unplug and plug the hub immediately, then wait for 5 minutes to open the app, and check if the problem still exist or not, tks.
For the apple tv, pls click the apple tv icon and follow the prompts in the app to add it. It support bluetooth and infrared , you can choose the method you like.
TIPS: If you would like to add it via bluetooth mode , after downloading the database in the app, pls use the original remote control to control your device, enter the Bluetooth search menu, find the SofaBaton X1, and then click Connect.
