    Per the issue, pls exit ( kill) the app , then unplug and plug the hub immediately, then wait for 5 minutes to open the app, and check if the problem still exist or not, tks.

    For the apple tv, pls click the apple tv icon and follow the prompts in the app to add it. It support bluetooth and infrared , you can choose the method you like. TIPS: If you would like to add it via bluetooth mode , after downloading the database in the app, pls use the original remote control to control your device, enter the Bluetooth search menu, find the SofaBaton X1, and then click Connect.

    Sorry for the inconvenicne you meet, below is the answer, pls kindly check: For Step 6-7, because the app found hub after the initial pairing of HUB, but the version has been updated, the wifi will automatically upgrade the configuration, which takes about a few minutes. Therefore, you can't connect it during the period, you may not be able to search it as well even if you exit the app. Step 9-11, lost hub which could be a lost file or a prompt from the transfer terminal when synchronizing the configuration or upgrading the remote's firmware. Of course, the misuse may also cause the unpair. You can re-pair it. Operation is as follows. 1. Open the app, Me---X1 settings ----pair with a new X1-Remote 2. Press and hold the top two keys of the remote control until pairing appears on the screen Tips: suggest press the right button( return) first, then press the left button( off), and hold them for 5-6s, then the remote will enter pairing status. Finally, remote control is custom 2.4G and does not require direct communication with the router. Wi-Fi in HUB, Manufacturer : Espressif Inc. Hostname: espressif
