we suggest pls try to re-pair the remote , steps as below and check if the problem could be solved or not.
1. Open the app, Me---X1 settings ----pair with a new X1-Remote
2. Press and hold the top two keys on the remote until pairing appears on the screen
Tips: suggest press the right button(return) first, then press the left button(off) and hold them for 5-6 seconds, the remote will enter the pairing state, tks
When pairing, pls make the hub close to the remote, tks.
For wifi control, X1 only supports sonos, philips hue and roku, per your device it could be controlled via the infrared.
FYI, X1 remote can not emit the ir signal , all the signal was sent from the hub itself.
hello, pls re-add the device and check if the remote could control it well or not?
FYI, pls do not delete the old one at first, and try re-add the device and check if it could work or not, if yes, then you can delete the old one.
You can download an mdns search app, Android user can download "Service Browser", Apple user can download "Discovery-DNS-SD Browser";
If the phone and HUB are on the same LAN, open the app to search for a service "_x1hub._udp.", this is our HUB, tap it to see the IP address of the HUB (note that the MAC shown on the page is not the MAC of WIFI), you can confirm which is the HUB and check the MAC through the router management page;
