Sorry tp bother you, just got a feedback from other customer that when remote didn't wake up after starting Shield Activity, a simple 'up' command on the X1 remote wakes it up.. no longer have to power cycle the X1 hub to fix it, pls kindly try the step and check if it could work with your device or not, tks

hello, per the issue, Please try to use command repeats to fix commands.
In device mode, Edit----Add/ repair keys--down repair--command repeats, change the value to 1 or 2.
After the test is OK, you can click apply to all commands

hello, pls install the latest android app 3.2.6 at first, then kill the app, unplug and plug the hub immediately , wait for 5 minutes and open the app again and check if the hub can be connected or not,
