    Dear Customer. You can click Device → Edit → Add/Fix Command → Volume Button → Edit → Command Repeats → change it to 1. This will make the volume buttons respond faster.

If some keys are still missing after adding, a.     On the remote control, within the Activity interface, there is a ? button. Currently, this button has no function. We will add functionality to this ? button in future updates, enabling repair features on the remote control.

    Dear Customer, Macros cannot be created in Device Mode. Macro keys can only be created within an Activity. Currently, there is no functionality to copy macro keys. I will share your suggestion and requirements with our team to evaluate whether this feature can be added in a future update.
