    Sorry about this, the X1S remote doesn't have long buttons in device mode. Only in Activity you can create long buttons. In Activity you can set long press and short press to control different buttons. But it is not possible to set a long press to continuously control a command in device mode.

    Dear customer, Sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate it: 1. Normally, this issue could be fixed by--- spraying isopropyl alcohol or an electronic degreaser or Peavey Funk Out Electronics Cleaner Spray or a Tuner cleaner Then blow the scroll wheel with a dryer or high-pressure spray gun etc. 2. If still fails, kindly take a video of how the scroll wheel worked weirdly for our reference, it is just for internal verification. 3. Kindly share your order ID (the screenshot of purchase page would be great)for our reference too. 4. Kindly confirm your current shipping address + personal contact. as we might have to escalate your case to sales for further assistance.     Thank you for contacting us. Sorry, the commands in the Bluetooth code library are fixed , and cannot be added at this time. We suggest you to add them by infrared. There are more buttons in the IR code base.

    Thanks for contacting us, switching WiFi does not lose settings, the X series information is stored in the hub and as long as you don't reset the hub you won't lose settings. You can switch to another Sofabaton remote by tapping Me - in the app. Then click setup new hub to reconnect the hub and select a new WiFi for the hub.
