For "Source configuration"---please select the related device in our app--edit--Source configuration--set it up again----for how to identify if you have selected the right input, please go to our app- select this device-click three dots on the right bottom corner --press these virtual keys one by one to identify which one the right input key is. As for some codes of devices, we might have the same keys in our codebase but with a different name. If any input fails to be switched, normally we Add enough delay, like 2-8s delay before this input command under Startup settings page of activity and have some tests after clicking "save" on this page and data sync from Hub to our remote timely. Dear Customer, We apologize to say that our technical team has verified that the volume buttons on this code library do not support long-press functionality. If you have the original remote control, we recommend using the infrared learning feature to program the buttons from the original remote.

Dear Customer, If you do not want your device to turn off when switching activities, you can tap Device > Edit > Idle Behavior > Stay on when switching activities.

Dear Customer, The Bluetooth remote itself cannot be learned. If your TV supports Bluetooth, you can select “Other” or “Android TV” when adding devices to pair with your TV.
