Dear Customer, We apologize for any inconvenience caused.We recommend restarting your hub. Please use your current account to complete the setup new Hub process again by pressing the button on the back of Hub until it flashes blue and then select " Set up new Hub" and reconnect the Hub to wifi and finally select "Connect to Hub" in our app. BTW, This process will not delete any data from our system, just let Hub access our cloud again, so as to facilitate the synchronization of activities information to the cloud. the above fails, please go to "Scenes" section of Alexa app, and delete all the items related to Sofabaton, all of these.
a. Then go to Alexa app---More---SKILL & Games---search "Sofabton"--- Disable skill
b. Enable to use again (Alexa app---More---SKILL & Games---search Sofabton--- Enable to use)
c. Go to "Device" --press "+”--Add Group--next--select any room you want ( living room, kitchen etc.)--next--Select the activities you created in our app.
