Dear Sofabaton Team, I recently purchased the Sofabaton X1S with great enthusiasm, especially because of its versatility and ease of use. So far, I am very satisfied with the device. However, I noticed that the Arris VIP5002W, also known as the Ziggo Next Mini (widely used in the Netherlands), is still not yet available in your database. This device is one of the most common set-top boxes provided by Ziggo in the Netherlands. The lack of support means that I, and likely many other users, have to rely on multiple remote controls, which is exactly the problem I hoped to solve by purchasing the Sofabaton. I have seen that devices from other Dutch providers, such as KPN, are already included in your Bluetooth database. Would it be possible to add the Ziggo Next Mini (Arris VIP5002W) as well?
