Same. Very disappointed, it's physically well designed (except for the back button at the top of the remote) Looks great, but the software is laughably bad. Also, firmware v9 bricks the remote with no solution. V15 firmware semi-bricks the hub. The software is their Achilles heel.

v15 firmware bricked the hub. Downgrading to v13 it works again. The big problem here is that firmware upgrades / downgrades seem to erase all settings, why can we not back these up? Also, the remote is till bricked and impossible to put into pairing mode or upgrade the firmware from v9 to v13.
