BUY a used Harmony and save yourself for the torture of a company that just can’t get it done.
I was one of the people who was sceptical but willing to give SofaBaton a chance.
All I can say I am glad I bought 15 new Harmony remotes from The Source here is Canada a week after their notice of discontinuing. Went into a store asked what they had and they had 15 which I got for $35 Canadian each.
I could make $$$$ but I have been replacing my 880, 650, 700 etc and the same for family when they completely fail.
You can sure tell that they are not able to handle getting the codes which is unbelievable.
