Having some major problems with both the TV and Cable Box. It seems 4742HDC and 4742HDC2 are NOT the same as far a button assignments... like POWER for instance? TV is also the correct one, but many buttons, like the RETURN do not work.... Is there an EASY way to see the BUTTON assignments for these 2 devices?

No Problem Dave. I emailed a request in for the Cable box... heard nothing so far. Also the TV has some missing buttons, I guess I'll need to use the TV controller to train it? It was the CORRECT TV found during adding? I might be programming it wrong as well. Thanks.

Dave480, I have a U1, was able to reset, thanks. No automated item turned off. Will try setup again. I had to learn a lot of keys from the original Remotes it seems... hope I got them all, some seem to have delays, either nothing happens or it repeats... might not be aiming directly (10 feet or so) directly at the units? Thanks.

Besides my last entry today, I tried REMOVING all 3 devices to start over, the last one NEVER was removed, always stayed on the remote and iPhone? How can I do a COMPLETE RESET to start over?

It is not the same it seems? 4742HDC was always there... and some keys never worked... the actual model is 4742HDC2!!! TWO at the end... I still am having a problem turning on ALL three at the same time with a macro. The TV and Cable box and my Soundbar Samsung HW-Q60B which I was able to locate and load on the remote. Is there any way I can actually SEE the true mapping from the device control buttons onto the SofaBaton when the device is selected? Power, volume control, and some others are clear, but for the Cable box where is the Guide, or the Soundbar, the Sound selection? Trying every button on the SofaBaton isn't really helping, and I've resorted in some cases to learning from the device remote, but many times when I do a LONG hold it fails, and it I just do a short press it says Successful, but the button doesn't work? One is the POWER button on the Cable box (and why I think I need one specifically for the model with a 2 on the end).
