Thank you so much for the information on how to switch the remote to IR mode, this helped me get back some basic functionality but not all. I am now trying to program the functions of the four coloured buttons but some functions are changing depending on which screen you are in and it is not teaching this function. Hopefully Sofabaton can fix this.

Hi, thanks for the update. I have tried to re-add the IQ5 searching for Foxtel IQ and finding IQ5. When process finished teh home button and the Program Guide button are unassigned and have no choice to correctly assign. No change noticed
