Thanks. After 20 years using Harmony I am quite familiar with activities concepts and that video doesn't address much of the questions I asked. All the setups have two screens about devices controlling the buttons, one for volume and the other for everything else. Does that mean I cannot split the non-volume buttons between two or more devices? Also, as I mentioned, I have found Comcast boxes not as responsive to IR commands as they are to RF from their native remotes. Not sure I understand how X1 communicates with an Xfinity XG1v4 box. Does it send IR directly or does it use something else to the hub, which translates and sends IR to Comcast? My DVR is on an open shelf in the equipment console. Would that likely mean using a cable from the hub to the DVR IR receiver?
