The update that was released today in the App Store fixed the issue for me.

Thanks! I didn't know there was an option to revert to a previous firmware. Going back to v13 also fixed the issue I had with my Arris box.

I have the exact same issue on my Arris STB since I upgraded to v14. I also had the issue with firmware v12. It was fixed in v13 but now it's back. I wish I could go back to v13.

I'm having very similar issues. As far as I'm concerned, the issues are limited to my Set-Top Box. I had the exact same problems with v12 version of the firmware. The problem was fixed in v13 and now it's back.
