I figured it out. When aiming the original remote at the hub, you have to push the button on the original remote quickly 4-5 times. Sometimes it takes a couple tries.

I figured it out. When aiming the original remote at the hub, you have to push the button on the original remote quickly 4-5 times. Sometimes it takes a couple tries.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried quick and long presses to no avail. I've not tried multiple presses. Please post if you get this resolved and I will do likewise.
