There are two links there. One for turning the TV on and the other to turn it off. Those are the only functions I can use on the remote. Nothing else is working. Also, you have not addressed that Alexa can no longer control my remote. That's the MAIN reason I purchased the SofaBaton remote.

Also, what is an activity link and if I see one, what would I do next?

How would I open the API and find the activity link? What would I be looking to see? A little more instruction would be beneficial.
