I have been experiencing the same issue, have key favorites setup in Watch TV activity to change channels but the scrolling is not smooth and jumps around. Sometimes it's difficult to get to the right number.
I have an Arris cable box (AX013NC) and having the same issue with hub v14. Plus the same issue of losing communication between remote and hub still exists. Have to either open app on phone or unplug and plug in the hub to get it to work. Hub v14 didn't resolve the problem.
I have to agree, since hub v14 was installed buttons have to be pressed multiple times before the remote will react, even have to hit the activity button numerous times before the equipment will turn on . This must be fixed ASAP, the functionality is going backwards instead of getting better. I'm going to start reviewing other remotes in case nothing gets resolved.
When are the numerous issues that are being reported going to be fixed. It has been much too long and everyone is still struggling to use the X1 remote and hub. This can be a great product but it seems that SofaBaton has abandoned all it's customers
I've been having the same issue, on occasion the remote seems like it's dead when trying to start an activity. When it happens restarting the remote does nothing and sync is stuck at 0%. Everything frees up when the android app is used to start the activity. Remote is version 9 , hub is version 14. Please fix as this is very frustrating.
