    Trying the get this working once again… Yesterday, the app connected to my WiFi and I was able—eventually—to get 4 devices connected and one activity programmed. Now, I can’t get the app to see the hub. Why is that? What is wrong with your product? I have restarted the hub, I have restarted my modem and router, I have restarted my phone. Nothing works. The hub light is green which means that it’s connected a network somewhere (correct?)— but when I burrow into my router’s webpage I can’t tell if it is one of the devices connected. Is it named anything recognizable? You also state that the hub only works with 2.4G. Please explain to me why *any* gear is designed that way when there is so much 5G implemented? My Spectrum router will allegedly see 2.4G devices despite there being no dedicated network for them. So what gives? I have had this for under 24 hours and am bitterly disappointed. I could overlook the bad English and spelling mistakes in the manual if it just worked.
