If the only issue with using the XW6000ES codes is the power button then this is user error as there is no Power Button on the remote. The Off button on the remote turns off an entire Activity and has no function on individual devices. If you really need an off button for an individual device you need to program one of the buttons below the screen on the remote to do it or add it to favourites. Or if you are not going to use Activities buy the U1 or U2.

@dvdmd1. Please explain what you mean by "fix". What is yours doing or not doing? My Apple TV 4K long press of the ok button works exactly the same as the original remote.

Not that I could find, and I spent quite some time looking. I for one would like this feature added.

@DickM. This thread has been discussing the fact that Sofabaton removed the LONG PRESS option on some buttons (Direction, Volume, Channel & Mute) not the operation of the Mute button itself. If you are having problems with Mute itself that is a different issue and it may be worth starting a new thread. But on my X1 the Mute button itself works as it should (press to Mute, press again to unmute).

@DickM I think you misunderstand the issue. Muting works as it should (and as you describe) but in an older version of the app you could assign a LONG press of the Mute button to something else. I used it to change the Picture mode on my TV. I am now using a beta version of the app that has had all the Long Press options reinstated.

To reset everything go to Me, Settings, “Restore Factory for X1-Hub” it is on the app version I'm on, this will reset everything. As far as things turning on and off, have you disabled CEC, eARC and any other automated control? If not, what is most likely happening is the X1 turns something on and its CEC control then turns something else on but the X1 than also tries to turn it on which actually turns if off.

Having done some searching it appears the issue is not with Sofabaton its with Sony. Sony don’t allow unofficial equipment to turn the PS4/5 on. Harmony users are in the same boat (que Harmony user to tell me I’m wrong, and I could well be as I’ve never owned a Harmony or a PS4/5). But it appears you need to use the PS4/5 controller, buy the Sony Playstation Media Remote or use CEC from your TV to turn it on. There was a Bluetooth adaptor for the Harmony at one point but that is no longer available.

I was wrong with the Mix & Match (adding IR to a Bluetooth device) you can. Not sure if that is from the new update or always been like that but IIRC I tried it before and it didn't work. So ignore my advice about 2 Foxtel devises.
