    No it can't learn BT.

I don’t think so. Are you on AVForums? The X2 thread is quite active.

I have now tried it and its doesn't run the whole Shutdown sequence but it does run any manually added steps. To get around this till they fix it try adding the Mute step to the Devise Shutdown sequence not the Activity.

No, just a fellow X1 and now X2 owner trying to help out. Not being able to create paragraphs here makes it hard to read but I would say rather than both Activities sending the Mute signal it’s more likely one Activity sending it twice for some reason. I have lots of Activities and lots of Devises in each Activity so if it sent every Off sequence my lounge would look like Blackpool illuminations with all the Power toggles turning the equipment and bias lighting Off and On over and over again.

  • Adding IR devices to database by support 14 day ago

Same here it is generally very good. One issue has been with a HDFury Intrgral2, I asked for a few specific codes to be added which they did in a couple of days. I then asked for some more and got the same as you “add using original remote” which as you say it does not have. I’m trying to get the IR extender for the GOBlue I have and do it that way.

OK I’ll word it differently. When in an Activity and switching directly to another Activity mine does NOT do that, it only sends the Off sequence to the Devices no longer needed. I have change HDMI in my TV shutdown sequence and it only ever does this if the TV is not in the next Activity, it would also turn my TV Off and back On again (it’s a toggle) if it did. I would double check your settings as it should not do what you are seeing.

I don’t know what settings you are both using but I can confirm mine does NOT behave in this way. It does not send Off commands when you start an Activity from Off and when switching between Activities it only turns Off what is no longer needed.

  • Slow command repeat delay on X2 17 day ago

Do you by chance own a Denon? If so many of the codebases respond that way for some reason, to fix this try a different model. Denon use the same IR codes across their models so it doesn't matter it's not the same, as long as you don't pick a model a lot lower than yours as some of the features may be missing.

  • Projector not turning off with the rest of the devices. 1 month ago

Assuming you are talking about the X1 there are two ways to achieve what you want. Add a step in the Activity (immediately after the projector Device Off Sequence) this will only affect that Activity or add it to the Devise Off Sequence itself (as yes you can add steps to the Off sequence) and it will affect every Activity.
