Same here... Cannot pair the remote with the hub. Pairing with the two upper buttons doesn't work. No reaction on the remote. That's one of the courses why I put my X1 back into the box some months ago and didn't use it and more. Today I tried again, resetted Hub and implemented it again. But still no chance to get the remote connected/paired to the Hub. For me it's not usable and will find a new home in the trashcan I think.

You are promising this since the remote hit the market... But it doesn't seem to come.

Same for me. Currently using the Alexa Remote Pro to control Omni QLED TV and Receiver. Only additional remote is the one from UHD player. Still waiting for a good replacement of my Harmony… Maybe I will retry it in a few months but for now it’s not working for me.

Cool, didn't know about this function... Got v11 also, seems to be a Beta firmware. Looking forward to see how it will work.

Nice, my remote is still in v9... Never got something newer. But yes, changelog would be nice. Was mentioned several times before already...
