Yes. Just to be sure I tried 2 other cables after that. It's been 3 days now, 0 response from anyone for customer service.
Tried all the buttons and all the combinations I could think of. Its completely dead.
Also no response from the customer service to my emails on this subject
I received a new X1 hub & remote. Hub registers fine in the app. The remote however is completely dead on arrival. Screen doesn't display anything at all and it isn't visible in the app. Charged overnight before install. Please advise.
