I have commented on this three separate times stating that your suggestion did not fix anything. You continually reply with the exact same response. Can you please look into this further and advice an alternate fix? I have done exactly what you have suggested "@SofaBaton: Check that the new activity includes all the devices you need to open. You can also check the receiver soundbar's power settings separately, using edit-- Power Settings in device mode, to make sure you have always on selected unless theoff keys is pressed. Depending on your choice, the system will decide whether to turn off devices that are not in the new activity when switching between activities." and the problem still remains.

I have gone through each of the devices, and all of them are set to "always on except when the off key is pressed". I am still having this issue. It's only two of the three devices that are shutting off, the Samsung TV stays on, but my Yamaha receiver and Precision Acoutic soundbar both shut off when I switch from one activity to another.

I got my hub updated to V12 but my remote is stuck on V10.

When I look under "Version info" it says my hub is version 11 but my remote is version 10. If I go to "X1 Settings" and click on "Firmware update for X1 Remote" it just has a message at the bottom of my screen that says "Checking for remote control firmware updates" but then does nothing. I have sent this info in an email with my Amazon number.
