I bought Sofabaton X1 because says to works with Alexa…, and no way to Alexa connect with the Hub…, If i get a solution im thinking to return my X1, and look for other devices as Broadlin RM…, please give me a solution. Thank you

Alexa cant discover my Hub.... i did all things... some accounts... delete sofabaton, delete alexa, delete user sofabaton... can you explain better how to connect with my Hub?? thank you!!
