I got mine off Kickstarter (backer number 5,675). I don't see why you need a video of me pressing the two buttons and nothing happens. The remote is in excellent condition. As a matter of fact, it was the first time I used it. I turned it on. Loaded up the app. It prompted me to update the firmware. Firmware update completed successfully. It would not sync, so I tried unpairing it, thinking I would re-pair and start over. It will not re-pair. I have have never been able to use it. Hub works fine.
