The hub sends the IR signals, and you can use the blaster dongles to get that signal into a cupboard. I also had a lot of stability problems until I got the firmware updates to install - hub 13, remote 9 is the current latest

This doesn't do anything - it says there is no update to apply. The hub is stuck on version 7 and won't prompt me to update to version 11

i've gone as far as to reinstall the app and try new accounts, but it still doesn't show up

I dismissed the firmware update message and now i can't get it back again. Help - i wanna update the hub and can't see how to kick this off.
