Mine did this, I closed setup and instead of adding new hub I looked for existing hub and it found it.... BUT it hangs at 0% when trying to downloading code base for TV, soundbar and Nvidia shield :-(

Just to confuse this even more, both different price remotes each have a remote and hub AND a remote and hub "new" All versions have a 2 month battery life except the "new" $160 has a 3 month battery life. I went with the "new" $160 version, including the 10% off coupon and tax it will be here Tuesday for just under $155
