As for the issues I’m having:
When trying to get the hub to learn from the original remote, I had been using the technique you outlined above but to no avail. Only very few buttons over 6 devices were recognised by the hub when trying to learn.
And as for the TV… despite the hub picking up my model now, the hub forgets the TV within a matter of minutes. After the remote has been added to the App, it works for a couple of minutes only before not working at all from either the sofabaton remote or app and so I have to delete the device and set it up again, only for the same thing to happen.
Like I said, this product is potentially excellent and I’m really keen to push through these issues but I can’t seem to get it working without continued problems.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
