I was actually hopping to control lights from SmartThings with the X1 Hub/Remote sometime in the future. I see Hue integration which is similar to SmartThings.

The hub firmware updated automatically when I 1st connected it up. When I search it says it’s up to date. I don’t think the issue was the activity, it almost seemed like the remote couldn’t connect to the hub until I performed an action in the iOS app, then the remote started to sync and has worked fine since. Was odd. The devices in the activity were an LG OLED77CXPUA, Apple TV 4K 1st gen & a Denon AVR-X4500H

I can confirm I have the same issue with an Apple USB C to USB C cable, I even tested a 3rd party C to C and it does not charge either. But an A to C works fine. I have one other device that I have the same issue with that’s a different brand so it must have something to do with the charging circuitry.
