Responding to my own post since I figured this out. I'm not sure that all of these steps were necessary, but my Alexa/X1 integration is now working. Here is everything that I did: 1) In Alexa, disable the Sofabaton skill which unlinks the account 2) On the phone (iPhone), delete all activities, then all devices, then my account 3) Delete the app from the phone and remove all the data After that, I set the X1 back up as if it was a brand new one. 1) Dowload the app on the phone 2) Setup the account using the same email as my Amazon/Alexa account 3) Setup devices and activities 4) In Alexa, enable the app, linking it to Sofabaton At that point it was all working.
