Now all I get is a spinning thinking icon on the "Confirming Wi-Fi connection"...at least it isn't straight up error message anymore... is someone going to help with this or was this a waste of time and money? Not exactly the remote with "Compatibility Without Limits" that was advertised...

None of this has helped. The hotspot doesn't work because the phones immediately go to cellular when the hotspot is engaged.
