It's a bit better. At least it now reacts to every click on the remote. Unfortunately half of the clicks are registered as two clicks. When clicking program up button it changes two channels half of the time. When using the app every thing is working as it schould.

I still have problems with my Mediabox Next (Arris DCX960). Sometimes one button press sends two presses to the device. Sometimes need multiple presses before device reacts. When using the app all works fine.

It can take some time before an update of an app is visible worldwide

Tried that but still no improvement. When changing channels in the app everything works. When using the remote sometimes channels change with one click and sometimes need to click multiple times.

As I said this problem got worse with the last firmware updates. No further updates available for hub and remote. There is no option to see what version I am using in your app so because I'm not getting an update message I presume it is v10 hub and v9 remote.
