With the remote firmware build 230928 it is working.

Got my remote to version 11 but problem still exists. Maybe it is related to a hardware revision.

I am on Remote version 9 and Hub version 15. When checking in the app no updates are available.

It is the X1 batch 20210609. I only charge it when needed. But while charging the remote goes back to the main screen when the remote goes to stand by

I had the same problem with my Ziggo Mediabox Next (Arris). I added the device again and now it is working. The problem with double presses, etc seems to be better now.

setting is not available. I can choose trigger or edit. At the edit window I can choose: - Learn from original remote - Filter from cloud data - Modify name I'm using the Android app.

With the new firmware the problem with controlling my Ziggo Mediabox Next (Arris DCX960) is still not resolved. Sometimes one button press sends a double signal (ie changes two channels at once) and sometimes I need to press multiple times before something happens.

This happens when I press the off switch to switch off my TV (Sharp), Receiver (Onkyo) and STB (Ziggo Mediabox). This has nothing to do with the code base for these devices! The remote is trying to connect to the hub. This does not work until I connect to the hub with the app than all devices get switched off. Same happens sometimes when starting an activity.

When will you finally solve the problem with the keypresses that are registered twice or not registered at all for this device.
