Same her. When I attempt to update the remote, I get a response "No update". Wifi version is also 0.0.0. App version is 3.27.

I can download other codebases without a problem (eg: Sony XR85-X90K) but the Medialight progress bar doesn't move at all!

WIFI and HUB firmware to V10 were successful but I am unable to update the remote. It just sits at 0% complete. I have them sitting right next to each. The app version I am using is V3.2.5
